Workouts so far this week.

Bikini Strap
I have done some basic arm and leg moves as well just weight lifting mostly with ankle weights and hand weights.



 Been kind of a slow week on workouts so far because I have been feeling pretty crummy. However, I have been eating really well and staying under my 1300 calorie goal because I really haven't been moving much at all. Lots of water going into me too. Plus a few pepsi's and by the end of the week some beer =)
