According to the Mayo Clinic there is no proof that these foods result in negative calories, however they do say that these veggies are are very low in calories and cause the body to work harder to digest them.
Anyway these fruits and veggies help you to lose weight everything you can find online will tell you that. I love them myself and eat them often but, I have always been a veggie and fruit eater. Anyways I promised a list of these non-scientifically proven weight loss foods but, they are scientifically proven to be awesome for you. Especially when eaten with a balanced diet.
